We’ve dubbed Lance our Real Estate Adventurer, since like the rest of us here he likes to do things a little differently.
 
While Lance has been an extremely successful agent and investor for over 15 years we’re also pretty sure he’ll pass your airport test – would I mind getting stuck with this person at an airport? He’ll trade you stories of growing up in North Dakota and his past life as a mountain climbing guide or motorcycling across the Mongolian Steppe for Rally for Rangers, an environmental not for profit that keeps him busy and smiling when outside the office. 
 
Lance’s travels and life have taught him that people are just people and we all share the same fears and butterflies around big life decisions. So whether you’re just dipping a pinky toe into real estate with your first home or cashing out your years of work for that house on Broadway you’ve always dreamed of, you’ll always get the same Lance: calm, attentive and accomplished. He’ll stick with you til the end of your real estate journey, then head off to his next adventure.
